Members of the Church of Scientology who turn traitor are entitled to the accolade reproduced below, printed on goldenrod paper as per Hubbard's instructions.

All CoS members must disconnect from Declared persons.

HCOPL = Hubbard Communication Office Policy Letter, a directive signed by Hubbard himself. It sets out the wording for a Declare which is used here even though in places it no longer makes sense.
